Today’s workplace is increasingly diverse, as employees work across multiple locations with varying degrees of skill and participation.  Failure to coordinate across the organization can lead to conflicts between functions and units.  In fact, our research has found these are handled badly two thirds of the time. To ensure success, people, processes and technologies must be coordinated across the organization: an enterprise-wide digital workplace strategy capable of driving adoption and cultural change, enabling teams to perform at the optimal level. In addition, as workforce demographics continue to mature with millennials becoming the majority, catering a functional daily work experience to these digital natives has become an expectation and requirement for employment consideration.
